Which generally means something tragic happened, people don't tend to get that many visitors unless it's serious.

Or they're famous.

Or they have many friends and family.

They usually limit the number of visitors at any given time, barring special circumstances. You wouldn't want someone to have ninety people visiting them all at once. It's a safety hazard and disturbs everyone else in the wing.
