There should be some meaning to my life

I won't be able to care for Mama when she grows older.

I never had anyone near me growing up. Papa was gone, Mama was busy, and I didn't make friends. When I thought I finally did, it was a lie and they weren't the friends I was looking for. When I finally found the ones who could be, I didn't realize it for a long time. Now that I finally see them, is it too late?

There are a lot of places I haven't seen, things I never experienced.

I wanted to be strong enough to fight with them to the end- as a fellow warrior.

But... somehow it feels good to rest right now.

I understand it. However, I don't want it.

They fight for the planet Earth, ever since the distant past, and now, too. [Fairness compels her to add:] They fight for their own reasons as well.

Even a fading star has its last fire before it's gone. If there's something I can do from here, I will.

There are some who have their last spark, yes. A dying surge.

Do you think you have that power? What do you think you can do?

[waterfell]

I can give that power to the one who can still use it.

[histrionic]

Then why don't you? What are you waiting for?

I need to know what's happening on Earth.

If we dream, and they dream, can we still see them?

[histrionic]

Earth is not a world I know, but it might be possible. Then again, it might not. Not everyone's dreams can be so easily entered and shared.

I dreamed of Nephrite a few times, before now. I remember that.
